Hi! I'm Juliette.
Nice to meet you.

I'm a psychology graduate, mental health activist and avid nerd.

I am currently striving to gain a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, motivated to specialise in child & developmental psychology, with a specific focus on trauma and neurodivergent conditions.

It has been a long-term aim of mine, to encourage broader conversation and subsequent understanding surrounding all mental health and neurological conditions. It seems still that society maintains its strict stigma on this topic and I desperate to make this change.

Back in 2018, I created a discussion group called 'TeaTalk: Conversations You Shouldn't Have Alone.' There we discussed a range of mental health struggles, the media's impact on societal perspectives and shared our own opinions.

Though short-lived, the response I received from those who attended demonstrated to me that these conversations are appreciated and much needed.

I decided to take this discussion group online and create a blog website and podcast dedicated to these conversations.

While we still have a long, challenging way before this world reaches total inclusion and unbiased understanding, I hope my insights and thoughts can provide a safe space and an opportunity to get thoughts flowing.
